I got a bacon breakfast burrito and it was fire. It's kinda small compared to other places, but I don't even care because the ingredients were so fresh. The beans were amazing. They gave me two salsas a green guacamole type salsa and a red smoky one. They were both really good although I wish the red one was a little thicker because it kinda runs everywhere. The people working were nice. All in all I will definitely be back for another burrito.

Hidden gem in baldwin park! So glad to accidentally discover this place. Will definitely be one that will go back to everytime I'm in the area, place not too big probably dine in most roughly like 25 people. Service is kinda slow but the food is amazing just wished they bump the AC lower gets hot. Their menudo with oats is really good not to mention the pozole very friendly staff mostly Spanish speaking. The place is clean but parking is limited only 2 cars can park in the front but street parking is available.

So thankful this authentic Mexican restaurant is so close to me :-) my favorite thing to get here is the verde chilaquiles xD super flavorful & my favorite thing about this specific restaurant is the fact that it's a mom & pops shop. The owners are so so nice & every meal is litcherally made from love. The only con is the parking situation -- it can get pretty busy on weekends. Sometimes when there's too many ppl I just order my food to go since my house is so close by anyways :-)

I really wanted some authentic chilaquiles. None of the modern twists or takes, just traditional chilaquiles with eggs and sides. La Chilanguita hit the mark. I ordered their chilaquiles con salsa verde and a spicier red salsa on the side. I considered the options they had with meat too, but opted for the carnitas taco with a handmade tortilla which was absolutely delicious. Their red salsa was spicy but rich in flavor--it seemed to have a bit of oregano in it too. Paired with the coffee and it was a home run. Service was fine, and the ambience was very homey too. My only concern was the bill. I was overcharged a bit compared to the menu prices but the receipt was not itemized. I'm not sure if the red salsa was a separate cost, but I'll assume a benefit of the doubt. Overall a great place for chilaquiles!
